Core Plan Management Services
At Agile Plan Management, we offer all the essential services required by NDIS participants. Our focus is on making the process simple, transparent, and effective, allowing you to focus on achieving your goals.
Invoice processing & provider payments
Receive invoices, check they meet NDIS rules, claim funds from the NDIA portal and pay providers on the participant's behalf.
Budget management & monitoring
Track each support category, flag over- or underspend risk and keep funds flowing for the full plan period.
Monthly financial statements
Provide at least one statement every month detailing spend-to-date, remaining balances and variance from forecast.
Claim lodgement & record-keeping
Maintain complete audit records and submit compliant claims through myplace / my NDIS provider portals.
Access to both registered and non-registered providers
Pay any provider that meets NDIS rules, giving participants maximum choice.
Rapid participant reimbursements
Reimburse out-of-pocket expenses within two business days of NDIA payment.
Financial-skills capacity building (if funded)
One-to-one coaching so participants can learn to self-manage in future (claimed under separate support item).
